LOCATION
Lovely unspoilt Aspotogan Peninsula. This large headland separates the two best sailing areas in Nova Scotia, Mahone Bay and St. Margaret’s Bay. Dotted with lovely white sand beaches & picturesque fishing villages. The prettiest is Northwest Cove on the St. Margaret’s Bay side. The sturdy fish wharves and jelly bean coloured lobster boats make this a postcard perfect cove. To the south is Southwest Cove, a good anchorage and home to a distinctive “miniature stone castle”. To the immediate north is Tilley’s Cove, not as deep as the main cove but southwest facing & a great place to start exploring by kayak or canoe. Northwest Cove is about fifteen minutes to Hubbards which has all basic services plus lots of shops & cafes. Another half hour to downtown Halifax.

THE PROPERTY
This is a lovely southwest facing building lot on Tilley's Cove. The lot is surveyed and nicely wooded with high elevations. Great for sea kayaking and excellent anchorage in adjacent Northwest Cove. The lot is semi "ell-shaped" with the widest part, 225 feet, on the cove. Tilley's Point is a private community with some very nice homes just north of the cove.
