Since Mark Rashid was ten years old and stumbled upon the help of a wise "old man", he has committed himself to finding the quiet but effective ways to resolve even the most difficult problems with horses.  Mark likes to say he is "just trying to get along".  Mark’s focus is always based upon assessing the situation from the horse's point of view.  Mark is the author of three books, Considering the Horse, A Good Horse is Never a Bad Color, and Horses Never Lie.  Mark has also been published numerous times in Western Horseman and Western Horse magazines.  Considering the Horse has been translated into German and is now being distributed in Europe.  The book is also slated for conversion for audio production.   Each of Mark’s books are written in the same casual, storytelling style folks have come to cherish.  Within each story is a wealth of useful information, ample opportunities to laugh at ourselves and our pursuits, and even a few pages of tugs at our emotions.  For information on Mark's books, videos, and CDs, click here.
