She has studied and traveled extensively throughout her career to gain important knowledge of the industry and its continued changing needs.  This has also created a network of agent relationships built over many years to maximize benefits to her clients.

Sheila was a licensed agent with Remax for 25 years and achieved multiple Platinum and 100% club awards, as well as her “Lifetime Achievement” and “Hall of Fame” awards.  Sheila has Accredited Buyer Representative training, in addition to being a relocation and staging specialist. 

Sheila’s greatest accomplishment during her career is that more than 80% of her business comes from past clients and their friends & family.  This is of great importance because delivering a positive, memorable experience to each client is our #1 goal.

Sheila’s daughter, Sherri Harding, joined her as a fully licensed partner more than 8 years ago and brings knowledge of the industry from past work experience including real estate paralegal, mortgage, banking and investments, as well as strong communication skills.
